In a quiet area of the town of Gujan Mestras, pleasant house of approximately 89 m², with a garden and a swimming pool (chlorine, not heated). Its large terrace will allow you to enjoy meals outdoors with friends or family.

Logement spacieux pour 6. Logement propre, moderne ,et complèt, quartier très calme.
Seul chose à prévoir peut être est une sécurité pour la piscine pour les jeunes enfants.
À proximité des commerces, ostréiculteur, pistes de vélos pratique et sécurité, accès Arcachon, Test, Dune du Pyla…
