Access to the upper floor via a spiral staircase. Upstairs: Lounge area. 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, the second with two single beds. 1 child's bed for children under 3 years old. Bathroom, toilet.

Shared enclosed courtyard of 1600 m². Terrace. Heated swimming pool (8 x 4 m) shared with the owners and the other gîte with secure access, open from May to September. Pets are not allowed.

Baby equipment: wooden crib, high chair, changing mat, and stair gate.

The Champagne-Burgundy Canal is nearby, ideal for cycling.

Bed linens, cleaning, and firewood are included in the rates.

Charges and extras: Towels: €5 per person per stay. Electric heating based on consumption (8 kWh included/day).
