This 210m² family house with the charm of a seaside villa from the last century can accommodate up to 12 people and is ideally located for a family holiday facing the sea and just a stone's throw from the village. The villa literally overlooks "La Plage des carrés" and offers superb views of the ocean.

The basement gives access to the enclosed garden and comprises two double bedrooms (180cm bed and 140cm bed), a single bedroom (90cm bed) with a cot, a bathroom and a separate WC. The ground floor has a suite (140cm bed and shower room) and a dining/living room with WIFI so that you can all get together and enjoy the view of the ocean and the sumptuous sunsets. (The separate kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and cooking utensils. From the kitchen you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and enjoy the garden and sea air.

Under the attic on the first floor there are two double bedrooms (180cm and 140cm beds) and a children's bedroom (90cm single bed). A shower room and separate WC complete this level. For maximum comfort, you also have a washing machine and outdoor furniture (parasol, deckchairs, beach shower and outdoor fireplace for grilling). The garden is enclosed and two private parking spaces on the property are at your disposal.
