This 210m² family home, with the charm of seaside villas from the last century, can accommodate up to 12 people and enjoys an ideal location for a family seaside stay, just a stone's throw from the town center.
The villa literally overlooks "La Plage des Carrés" and offers a superb view of the Ocean. The basement provides access to the fenced garden and consists of two double bedrooms (180cm and 140cm beds), a single bedroom (90cm bed) with a baby cot, a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
The ground floor has a suite (140cm bed and shower room) and a living-dining room with WIFI, allowing everyone to gather and enjoy the ocean view and admire the magnificent sunsets. (Television on site but no antenna, an HDMI cable is available) The separate kitchen is equipped with gas hobs, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a kettle, and necessary kitchenware and utensils.
From the kitchen, you can access the 20m² wooden terrace and enjoy the garden and the sea air. Under the eaves upstairs, there are two double bedrooms (180cm and 140cm beds) and a children's bedroom (single 90cm bed - window blocked). A shower room and a separate toilet complete this level.
