The XERACSOL III-IV complex is a seven-storey high-rise building, located on the first line above the dunes, at the southern end of Xeraco beach in Les Marines street nº 7. In the immediate vicinity you will find all kinds of services, as well as tranquillity, little traffic and rest assured.

It has two bedrooms, a complete bathroom with shower, independent kitchen and spacious living-dining room with access to a large south facing terrace with fabulous VIEWS to the sea and the communal areas of the complex. Parking space included. Pets allowed on request, maximum weight 12 kg..

It is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and table setting. A pressure cooker, blender and electric toaster are not standard, so if any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them! Sleeps 4/5 people.

At the time of key collection, a deposit of 150 € must be paid to cover possible damage, loss of keys and/or non-compliance with the check-out timetable, which will be returned 24/48 hours after vacating the flat after checking the accommodation.

The Xeraco Town Hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the flats).

The Xeraco beach offers a lifeguard service in high season. The slope at the entrance to the water on the shore is gentle, ideal for young and old alike. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newspapers, chemists and many other services. It is a very familiar beach, with little traffic, surrounded by nature and fantastic landscapes. In the low season we recommend to have access to a vehicle in order to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worthwhile. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and in the marshes. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of unspoilt beach without buildings, with its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, arms of the sea and rivers.
