The XERACSOL III-IV complex is a tall building of seven floors, located on the very front line above the dunes, situated at the southern end of Xeraco beach on Les Marines street, number 7. In the vicinity, you will find all types of services, as well as tranquility, little traffic, and guaranteed rest.

It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a separate kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to a large terrace with awnings, facing North (cool) with views of the sea, the pool, and the communal areas of the complex.
A parking space is included. It is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. Capacity for 4 people. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED. PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (€7/night). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom). Includes bi-weekly linen change.
We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards.
There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the security deposit.
Departure and check-out from the accommodations must be completed before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned at our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a security deposit of €150, which will be refunded after the apartment inspection, or contract a non-refundable accidental damage waiver (Insurance) for €28. The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, pharmacies, and many other services.
The entry slope into the water is gentle, ideal for children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having a vehicle to get around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshland.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor.
Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on the beaches, in sea inlets, and rivers.
