The XERACSOL III-IV complex is a seven-story building, located directly on the dunes, at the southern end of Xeraco beach on Les Marines street, number 7.
In the vicinity, you will find all types of services, as well as tranquility, little traffic, and assured rest.
Third-floor apartment with an elevator.
It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtubs), a separate kitchen, and a spacious living-dining room with access to a large terrace with awnings, facing North (cool) with views of the sea, the pool, and the common areas of the complex.
Includes a parking space.
It is equipped with bed linen and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table.
Sleeps 4 people.
GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED.
PETS ARE ALLOWED upon request with a maximum weight of 12 kilos (€7/night).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath towel/person, 2 hand towels/bathroom).
Includes bed linen change every two weeks.
We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/sundries.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hairdryer are not standard.
If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them! Key collection will take place at our offices, located at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 onwards.
It is possible to collect keys outside of office hours by requesting it in advance and having deposited the security deposit.
Check-out and vacating the accommodation must be done before 10:00 AM.
Keys can be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned to our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover potential damages: either leave a €150 security deposit, which will be returned after the apartment inspection, or purchase a non-refundable €28 accidental damage waiver (insurance).
The Xeraco town hall offers and manages a free public WIFI service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newsstands, a pharmacy, and many other services.
The gentle slope into the water is ideal for young children and seniors.
It is a very family-friendly beach with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes.
During the low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic attractions well worth visiting.
There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and along the marshlands.
The latter is very popular among ornithologists.
L’Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological significance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors.
Let's not forget fishing, which is possible on the beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
