The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 35 m² apartment with mountain view and swimming pool for rent in Autrans, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a 16 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower).
The accommodation comprises - 16 m² living room with TV and pull-out sofa (sleeps 2) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - One bedroom with two single beds joined to form a double bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside: - A private balcony of 7 m² to enjoy the sunny days.
Communal areas: - Heated outdoor shared swimming pool (7m x 14m, depth 0.65 to 1.25 m), open from May 25 to the end of September. - Gym accessible from February 1 to April 19 and from May 25 to the end of September, according to reception opening hours: Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, 9am to 12pm and 5pm to 7pm; Tuesday, 9am to 12pm; Saturday, 8am to 11am and 3pm to 7pm.
Opening dates and times are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence.
The apartment is ideally located in Autrans, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
Activities: - Vercors Speed Luge, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, paragliding, caving. - Dog sledding, tree climbing. - Cinema, farm visits - Villard de lans 20 minutes away: ice rink, indoor pool, casino. - Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
As for other means of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Grenoble train station, about 50 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport, about 1 hour by car Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
Prices given are indicative and subject to change by our partner. - The residence has a coin-operated laundry available 24 hours a day. - Pets are accepted for an extra charge of €15/stay (one pet only), please specify when booking. - You are responsible for cleaning the accommodation at the end of your stay (including the bathroom) or (for an additional fee, our local service provider can do it for you).
If the accommodation is not cleaned, a deposit will be retained. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.

Balcon sale un coup de balai n'aurait pas été du superflu, on n'osait pas y aller !
J'ai du passer l'aspirateur et passé la serpillière dans la pièce à vivre pour me sentir bien.
Certaines pièces de la vaisselle rangées pas propres.
La poussière sur la télé de la chambre
Les vitres de la pièce à vivre sales
Bref un logement cosy mais qui manquait d'un nettoyage de printemps dommage...

Appartement agréable dans une résidence calme, mais un peu vieillissante. Bien situé , près des départ de randonnées. Le petit plus, une piscine pour se détendre au retour.Séjour effectué en basse saison.Une petite frayeur a l'arrivée, la personne qui s'occupe de l'accueil était en congé, et je devais recevoir un code pour récupérer les clefs . Code communiqué après mon arrivée
