The pool area is thoughtfully furnished with chairs, deck chairs, and sun loungers, and features an outdoor shower for your convenience. Adjacent to the pool, you will find a dedicated bathroom equipped with a sink and toilet. The pool is available for your enjoyment from the beginning of May until the end of October. The expansive private garden extends across 2000 square meters and is partially shaded by mature trees and a charming old lemon tree pergola, creating inviting areas for respite from the warm Italian sun. Garden furnishings include a dining table, chairs, two parasols, additional deck chairs, and sun loungers arranged to take full advantage of the wonderful sea views. The villa provides daily cleaning service and changes towels and bed linens every 3 days to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay. Electricity is included up to a maximum consumption per week of 300 kilowatts, with any extra kilowatts charged according to consumption and payable on the premises. A security deposit is required and will be returned on the day of departure provided no damage has been done to the property.
