Comfortable 28 sqm studio apartment, ideal for 2 people, located on the first floor of a renovated building with elevator (3 stairs to access it). The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, about 50 meters from the beach.
A 2-minute walk away is the 18 Scilla bus stop, which takes you to Riccione in 22 minutes and to the center of Rimini in 4 minutes.
The station is about 2.3 km away. Parking space on site! The internal space The apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift (stairs to access it). The internal space is divided as follows: - LIVING AREA with kitchenette (gas hob, fridge, moka, microwave oven and kitchen utensils), dining table, TV, sofa, split A/C and access to the balcony; - SLEEPING AREA with double sofa bed on a mezzanine and wardrobe; - BATHROOM with bathtub, sink, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY (accessible only from the living area). FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split A/C (only in the living area), hairdryer, iron and clothes horse. ATTENTION: Please note that to reach the mezzanine double bed you need to climb a ladder. Guests' access The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. Rimini also has a very characteristic hinterland where you can delight your palate wandering around festivals and other culinary events, or go in search of small suggestive and magical corners. Grazioso monolocale con tutti gli spazi gestiti molto bene, disponibilità di frigo, cucina per cucinare, microonde e lavatrice. Il bagno aveva tutto il necessario ma per chi è molto alto, potrebbe essere leggermente scomodo, in quanto è un pochino stretto.
Punto di forza assolutamente il parcheggio, in una zona dove non si trova facilmente.
Noi siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ci torneremo!

Io e le mie bambine abbiamo passato un bellissimo soggiorno, l'appartamento si trovava a pochi metri dalla spiaggia e la zona offriva tutto il neccessario, dai market ai ristoranti, e locali in cui ci si poteva gustare una piadina al volo.
L'host sempre presente e cordiale.
Ho potuto godermi la vacanza insieme alle mie bambine.
