ALMAr Holiday House is a terraced house in the Marina di Capitana area next to the small port of Capitana in the Costa degli Angeli area.
The structure is on the ground floor and has an entrance garden with barbecue, table and chairs; covered patio, dining room with sofa bed, TV and air conditioning, equipped kitchen, double bedroom with air conditioning, bathroom with shower, veranda with covered laundry and drying room.
The area is residential, very quiet and safe, ideal for a couple; there are the main services easily reachable on foot: supermarket, bar, tobacconist, ice cream shop, bus stop with direct connections to Quartu Sant'Elena and the center of Cagliari, with its city beach "Il Poetto", the port and the train and bus station.
The beach can be reached on foot and has both a rocky area and a sandy area.
The tourist port of Capitana, 100 meters from the house, offers services such as: sailing school, diving center and rental of boats, cars and motorbikes and restaurant/pizzeria service
The location where the property is located is 15 minutes from Cagliari, and is an excellent starting point to reach the most famous beaches of: Mari Pintau, Torre delle Stelle, Geremeas, Villasimius, Cala Sinzias and Costa Rei in 10/20 minutes by car
5 minutes away, in the locality of Flumini di Quartu, there are the post office, the church and the pharmacy
The Diverland water park is about 17 km away.
