Charming, fully renovated apartment in the historic centre of Aix with a loggia (covered terrace) overlooking the rooftops of the city of Paul Cézanne. The atypical configuration of this accommodation plays with volumes and split levels, in a cosy loft style. Ideally located a stone's throw from the town hall square, it is a perfect pied-à-terre for enjoying the city centre: shops, market, bars, museums, everything is within walking distance!
Our 56m² accommodation consists of:
- a living room with a sofa bed, a bar counter, a piano and a guitar for artists
- a fully equipped kitchen with a Senseo coffee machine
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the sunsets while preparing your dinner with the plancha grill provided
- the air conditioning is only in the living room, there is a fan in the bedroom
Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels).
The property does not provide a baby crib.
On your arrival, you will find the following necessities for the start of your stay (kit not renewed):
- Washing powder and cleaning products
- 2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
- Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
- Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Note for the elderly or families with young children: the apartment is on the 4th floor without a lift.
Following confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email with a link that will allow you to access the apartment guide. You will have the option of choosing flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.

The property is very central in Aix near one of the busy squares. We enjoyed our stay and exploring Aix. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is on the top floor of an old building so not for those with mobility problems.

On aurait bien voulu resté plus longtemps (aussi pour mieux rentabiliser les frais de nettoyages assez élevés...). Hélas, on n'avait que deux jours pour profiter de la belle terasse et de l'endroit insolite et super bien placé, au coeur de la ville. A refaire avec plus de temps.
