Quayside View is a very modern 2 bedroom apartment that has been designed to relax and unwind. Uniquely positioned directly on Paignton Harbour with a front facing terrace perfect for entertaining with truly stunning views directly opposite the harbour. The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 6 guests comfortably and includes the latest technology in TV and media entertainment. No hen or stag parties.


As you enter the apartment you are greeted by an attractive entrance hall. One climb of small stairs brings you directly into the apartment which consists of two bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and both with smart tv's. The ensuite bathroom has a kingsize bed and single bed the second bedroom has a double bed and single bed sleeping 6 guests. There is also a family bathroom and well equipped kitchen and spacious living room that also have views over the harbour and sea. From here you can step out into the terrace.


The apartment also includes a baby high chair and a digital safe for securing personal belongings.


Guests will have full access to the apartment and parking for two cars at the rear that is allocated.

The small working harbour is quaint, quiet and wonderfully tranquil spot with a real chocolate box view of the boats and Torbay with a few cafes and a great starting point for boat trips or a stroll to the beach or town centre. The world is very far away from this beautiful unspoilt corner of the beach in Paignton but the real jewel is Fairy Cove. A secluded, dog friendly, beach just a few steps beyond the Eastern jetty. A must for nature lovers or dog walkers.


The train station is only a 5 / 10 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a steam train you can take from Paignton to Dartmouth which is truly a stunning journey. There are also local buses that cover all of Torbay and to Teignbridge and Exeter


If you are travelling in more than two cars there is parking on the road directly outside at the front of the apartment but it is pay and display.
