This comfortable and spacious holiday home is located just 20 meters from the beach of Coma-Ruga, known for its fine sand and crystal clear waters.
The house has 6 double bedrooms: one of them located on the first floor and the other five on the second floor. It is worth mentioning that two of these bedrooms are en suite and have their own bathroom and access to the upper terrace, as well as fans. This house has 4 bathrooms in total. The air conditioners are located in the common space and hallway on the first floor, and on the second floor.
On the lower floor we also find the spacious living-dining room with direct access to the main terrace and the independent kitchen, fully equipped and with access to the backyard.
This house is perfect for families with children and for lovers of long walks on the beach. The beach of Coma-Ruga is marked with the blue flag of quality, and in addition, a few minutes from the house is the marine reserve of Masia Blanca, acclaimed for its wide variety of fauna and flora.
