Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming 50 m² flat in Lancieux, 200 metres from the beach, with wifi, which can accommodate up to 4 people.
It comprises a pretty living room with a small terrace and sea view, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, two good bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and separate WC. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows - A living/dining room with sofa - A kitchen opening onto the living room, equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: bunk beds (90x190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to add the following extras: cot, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A small balcony terrace with furniture, table and chairs to enjoy the sea view. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as a butcher's, baker's, patisserie, fishmonger's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, GP, pizza takeaway, market, golf course... The beach is just 200 metres away. Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Malo 17.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes 68 km Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Independent arrival possible, to be chosen when booking - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

great location in lovely village with gorgeous view from the little balcony of the Breton coast. There was good space and the facilities were very good. The main bed a little small for us though comfortable. Loved being within walking distance of the beach and local cafes and restaurants like Sardines À La Plage!
