A real highlight of the house is the almost rooftop swimming pool, a cosy, intimate space where you can relax and cool off at any time of day.

You can enjoy a terrace area, ideal for savouring your meals al fresco. A barbecue is also at your disposal for gourmet and convivial moments.


You can access the house via the garage. Up the stairs, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher and all the utensils you need for cooking. There is also a shower room and a separate WC.

To access the living room, simply climb a small staircase. The living room has a sofa, television and a wood-burning stove to keep you warm in winter. The first bedroom is accessed by another staircase and has a queen-size bed (160x200). On the top floor, you will find the other two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and the other with a king-size bed (180x200). The second shower room is also on this floor.

The pool is also accessed via a staircase. Unfortunately, this house is not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility due to its many stairs.

Concerning parking, you will be able to park in the street.
