Come and discover Montignac-Lascaux, a charming village located on the banks of the Vézère River, in the heart of a natural setting typical of the valley.
You can stay in this characterful stone house, which can accommodate up to six people, ideal for a family or friends' getaway.
You will appreciate the subtle blend of old-world charm, with its exposed beams in the living room, and modern touches that provide comfort to the accommodation. A real asset of the house: a swimming pool almost on the rooftops, an intimate and pleasant space where you can relax and cool off at any time of the day. You can enjoy a terrace area, ideal for savoring your meals outdoors.
A barbecue is also available for delicious and convivial moments. *The swimming pool is open from May 15 to September 15. You can access the house via the garage.
Ascending the stairs, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, dishwasher, and all necessary cooking utensils.
You will also find a shower room and a separate toilet. To access the living room, simply go up a small flight of stairs.
The living room features a sofa, a television, and a stove to keep you warm during the winter.

This house is unfortunately not suitable for young children or people with reduced mobility due to its numerous stairs. A washing machine is also at your disposal. La situation est très agréable, à deux pas des commerces, du marché, des restaurants... pour autant, le logement est tranquille, et terrasse et piscine sont sans aucun vis-à-vis, intimité assurée.
