The 6 modern bathrooms ensure maximum comfort and privacy even for large groups. From the house you can enjoy a pleasant view of the city , while comfort is guaranteed by essential services such as air conditioning, heating and free WiFi . The strategic position on the ground floor makes the structure easily accessible, allowing you to enjoy an authentic Sicilian experience in the magnificent setting of the Gulf of Castellammare. Bathroom equipment — Important information The property only provides initial courtesy equipment for the first reception, including toilet paper and bath products (such as soap, shampoo and shower gel, if provided). As it is a holiday home and not a hotel with daily service, there are no additions or restocks during the stay, regardless of its duration.
Guests are therefore invited to independently purchase any additional products. City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 6 nights Tourist tax: Tourism tax (where applicable), according to the season.
Extra: Security deposit: 300,00 € Electricity consumption to a maximum of 200 kWh: Beyond this limit, will be charged with 0.60 € / kWh.
