Comfortable studio apartment with balcony perfect for 2 people, located in the heart of Salerno and equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Excellent location, for all types of stays: located next to the Verdi Theatre, the apartment is outside the restricted traffic zone but at the same time just a 5-minute walk from Piazza della Libertà, the ferry boarding point and the beach. For larger groups, the adjacent Amalfi studio apartment is available, for a total of 5 people.


The 20 m2 accommodation is located on the -3 floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: ATTENTION, you must use the stairs to access it.


It should also be noted that the entrance is shared with the adjacent studio apartment, while the internal spaces are totally private.


The internal space is made up as follows:

- Kitchenette with dining table, split A/C and kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge, moka, kettle and electric oven

- Living/sleeping area with double sofa bed, wardrobe, TV and split A/C

- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower

- Balcony.


Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows
EUR 20 from 20.00 to 21.00

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 22:00,

EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after 00:00, not even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.

The apartment is located in the center of Salerno, a 5-minute walk from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the main "Garden" of the city, home to various events during the year such as the traditional "Minerva Exhibition" in the month in April and the renowned "Luci d'Artista" event during the Christmas period.

The historic center is just a few steps away, here you can be captivated by the charm of the characteristic alleys that offer evidence of a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an infinite choice of clubs of all types, restaurants, bars and pizzerias.

In few minutes on foot you can reach the splendid seafront and Santa Teresa Beach, from where you can admire an enchanting panorama and walk while enjoying an ice cream, or do a bit of running or rent a bicycle. In 10 minutes on foot it is possible to reach Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit the Cathedral of Salerno, the main Catholic place of worship in the city.

Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, a suggestive and ancient street that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.

Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is absolutely not to be missed. The view that opens up before you, once you reach the top of the castle, is sublime: a unique view overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, ranging from the tip of the Amalfi Coast to Agropoli, and which will leave you breathless!


- From Salerno airport - "Amalfi Coast": with the Salerno Airlink service to the Central Station and from here on foot in 20 minutes or with bus line 001 to the "Croce 12" stop a few meters from the accommodation.


- From Naples airport: with the Alibus line you can easily reach the Napoli Centrale station, where you can take the train (high speed or intercity/regional) to Salerno station and from here with bus line 001 to the stop "Croce 12" a few meters from the accommodation.


- From Salerno station: on foot in 30 minutes or with bus line 001 to the "Croce 12" stop a few meters from the accommodation.


- If you are traveling by car, the apartment is located outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore it can be reached by car. Street parking in the immediate vicinity is paid on blue lines or free (NOT guaranteed) on white lines. It is also possible to leave the car for a fee at the Garage Duomo, in Via Fratelli Linguiti 2, a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
