La posizione dell'appartamento comodo per il mare e per raggiungere la zona pedonale (5 minuti a piedi), il supermercato conad di fronte e vari ristoranti pizzeria in prossimita è il paese, san vincenzo è carino.
Wifi scarsino, alcuni dettagli (ventilatore a soffitto in cucina inutilizzabile, rubinetto della cucina senza acqua fredda ( va sistemato il rubinetto) bidet con rubinetto da sistemare un pò intasato dal calcare.
