The Blue Beach flats are located just a few metres from the nearest beach called Cala'n Forcat.

Small complex of 6 units, it has a shared swimming pool, with a solarium area with sun loungers.

The establishment offers 1-bedroom flats with a private terrace with table and chairs.


Each flat has the following description
Simply decorated flats, consisting of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds or double bed and bathroom with shower or bathtub. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The living area includes air-conditioned sofa bed for one adult, dining table with chairs and Smart TV.

Wifi for the whole flat.

The kitchen area is equipped with fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, kitchen utensils and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster.


The complex includes a shared washing machine area for free use by guests.



House rules
The organisation of parties or events of any kind is not permitted.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a compulsory deposit in the case of groups of young people under 26 years of age. This must be paid by card before arrival and will be returned after departure, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behaviour of the group during the stay have been verified.

Pets are not allowed.

Tourist tax
In accordance with the regulations of the Parliament of the Balearic Islands, the Sustainable Tourism Tax is applied to all guests staying in tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.

In the event that this tax is not included in the price of the booking, it must be paid before arrival by card.
