The stylish living room overlooks your private garden with a large private pool. Cool off in your pool (heated or cooled for year-round enjoyment) with a comfortable seating area for lounging in the water.

This stylishly decorated villa offers 3 bedrooms, 2 luxery bathrooms and een beautiful living room overlooking the pool. The modern kitchen will make your stay even more comfortable. From the bright livingroom you enter through the big sliding door the fenced garden were you can enjoy the pool, have diner or relax.

Private pool  
Relax and cool off in the saltwater swimming pool with unterwater seatings and a pooltable. Or enjoy a book on one of the sunbeds. To enjoy the pool the whole year it can be heated or cooled.

Stunning rooftop terras with a view.
The rooftop terrace is an oasis of relaxation featuring a lounge set, comfortable sunbeds, outdoor shower and a large dining table. The fully equiped kitchen allows you to stay were you are and maximize relaxation time.

Enjoy the rooftop terras to the max and sunbade away with a cold drink from the fridge. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, glasses, plates and cutlery makes you enjoy the spanish live even more.

Just a 5-minute drive will take you to the vibrant beach of Santiago de la Ribera and its lively promenade. And it is located close to restaurants, shops en golf courses. 

Check-in:

You can pick up and return your key at our office. Pick-up is possible between 15:00 and 17:00, return between 09:00 and 10:00. Do you prefer to come outside these times? No problem - you can request a code for our key safe next to the office in advance and simply leave the key in the letterbox after your stay.

The calm, shallow waters are ideal for families and water sports enthusiasts looking for a relaxing yet adventurous holiday.
