Le seul point positif est un bon matelas dans la chambre et un ventilateur.
L'entrée dans l'appartement n'est pas conforme à la description, derrière un porche très sale.
Dans la pièce principale, il manque un volet, le rideau initial a été enlevé car la tringle est cassée (vis à un bout arrachée), pas de clim ni de ventilateur (seulement un dans la chambre)
donc une fourna...
