This house is located
- Less than 500m from the shops in a quiet area. This allows you to do the shopping on foot if you want to do it on foot
- Less than 1km from the city centre of Angoulins
- Less than 1 km from the health centre
- Less than 2.5Km from the beach
- Less than 20min from the faculties by bike.
This house was built in 2016 and therefore well insulated DPE B (carried out in the second half of 2024) thanks in particular to the efficient heating: a heat pump doing the air conditioning in the summer and a wood stove in the living room allows you to heat the ground floor but also the bedrooms without worries.
It is composed of:
- Upstairs
o 3 bedrooms with built-in cupboards; new ears, new duvets, new or recent bedding less than a year old, ... with 2 cots. Each bedroom is equipped with built-in cupboards, shutters, a mosquito net allowing you to leave the window without having any inconvenience
o Bathroom: showers with toilet and double sink
- on the ground floor:
o an entrance with built-in cupboard
o a living room: dining room (glass table with wrought iron leg, 6 new indoor chairs, a high chair for baby ...) with fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, numerous cupboards, with crockery, new pots, ..) and a living room (with TV, sofa bed, new coffee table, recent wood stove, console, bench, ...)
o a toilet with sink
o a laundry room with washing machine as well as a storage unit and 2 new shelves of 2m long each
o A garden with wooden terrace facing due east to enjoy your breakfast.
o Several untitled parking spaces near the accommodation.
The accommodation is non-smoking;
