In the heart of the Champsaur valley, near the Ecrins National Park and the village resorts of St-Léger, Ancelle and Chaillol, gîte at the end of a large stone building, typical of the architecture of the valley.
Arranged over 2 levels, the accommodation has a terrace and private land with reserved parking.
The large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area opens onto the terrace and onto a south-facing balcony.
Mountain atmosphere with wood joinery and enhancement of local architecture.
Heating is provided by a wood stove (pellets provided) and by an integrated electric heater.
One of the bedrooms is on the first level (1 double bed) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 3 single beds 90 cm including a pull-out bed in the small bedroom).
A bathroom and a separate toilet are located on the 1st level and a bathroom-WC upstairs.
Garden furniture, barbecue on the terrace.
Independent entrance by internal staircase.
Internet connection.
Equipment room available and shelter for motorcycles.

Il est difficile de résumer en quelques mots le grand plaisir éprouvé à séjourner en ce lieu accueillant, confortable et paisible dont les propriétaires sont aux petits soins envers leurs séjournants. Si je devais exprimer un regret , je dirais que j’aurais aimé rester plus longtemps !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille dans le gîte le Palastre Plus. Tout était parfait : très propre, très fonctionnel, très mignon, très bien situé...et un très agréable moment dans le jacuzzi ! On reviendra ! Merci !
