In the hamlet of Les Néviers, less than 6 km from Chorges, facing the vast open spaces (Morgon, Mont Guillaume, Aiguilles de Chabrières) and near an agroecological farm, Yannick will be delighted to welcome you in this environment.
The "Grand gîte de l'Essen'Ciel" is a detached wooden chalet.
On the ground floor, it comprises a spacious, bright living area with an integrated kitchen, dining area, and a relaxation space around the stove, a double bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed, and a second bedroom that can accommodate up to 3 people (a 90 x 200 cm bunk bed over a 140 x 200 cm bed) with an additional charge of €5/night for the 5th person (the top bunk is not suitable for children under six years old); bathroom/WC. The upper floor is accessible via an external staircase: you have access to a large bedroom (180 x 200 cm bed) with a shower room and toilet, an alcove (90 cm futon bed) relaxation area, and a second fully equipped kitchen.
Two large terraces are available, along with a garden and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, a plancha, and a pizza oven.
For your leisure: a recreation area under parental responsibility (swing, trampoline, pétanque court...). Equipment can be made available upon request (see owner). Heating is provided by a pellet stove (included) and electric convectors (8 kWh/day included, consumption beyond that is extra). Equipment storage is available upon request.
Private parking is available in front of the gîte. Bed linen is included, beds are made upon arrival, and towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Free TV and internet. 15 minutes on foot from Baie St-Michel and the water sports offered on Lake Serre-Ponçon; for winter sports, the Réallon resort is approximately 25 minutes away, or Les Orres is 40 minutes away.
