In a detached house with private land located in the heart of the typical village of Névache.
Living room opening onto a south-facing terrace, dining area and relaxation area, fully equipped fitted kitchen. 3 bedrooms on the upper level (2 double beds, including 1 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 140 x 190 cm bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 single 90 cm beds), one of the bedrooms has a balcony and independent access.
Access to the upper floor is via a narrow and slightly steep spiral staircase.
Shower room - WC upstairs and separate WC on the ground floor.
Washing machine.
Electric heating.
Wi-Fi access.
Baby bed and chair available.
Private outdoor space with reserved parking space, garden furniture, barbecue.
Equipment room available in the garden shed.
Sheets and towels provided, beds made.

From the cottage, there are numerous hiking trails and, in winter, access to the Nordic ski slopes 200 m away.
