In a beautiful contemporary chalet, gîte with private land and independent entrance located in the heart of the Clarée Valley in the hamlet of Roubion.
The gîte is housed in a building containing the owners' home, as well as another small furnished tourist accommodation.
Living room opening onto a private garden area facing the setting sun, dining area and relaxation area with wood stove, fully equipped fitted kitchen. 2 bedrooms on the upper level (2 double beds, including 1 160 x 200 cm bed and 1 180 x 200 cm bed, 4 single beds including 3 bunk beds).
Shower room - WC upstairs and separate WC on the ground floor.
Washing machine.
Underfloor heating.
Wifi access.
Baby bed and chair available.
Private outdoor area with reserved parking space, garden furniture.
Sheets and towels provided, beds made.
The owners' restaurant "Un Brin Sauvage" is located in "Ville-Haute", in the heart of the village, 3 km from the gîte (it is rated 1 toque in Gault et Millau): café, lunch and dinner, as well as takeaway meals.
From the gîte, there are many hiking trails and, in winter, access to the Nordic and alpine ski slopes 200 m away.

Un chalet tout confort, extrêmement bien équipé au calme et à deux pas des commodités. Un exterieur agréable après les longues randonnées. Une vallée magnifique et préservée. Un vrai plus, le restaurant des propriétaires à Ville Haute avec un excellent choix de plats à base de produits locaux. Nous recommandons.

Super accueil, super logement, tout confort, très bien équipé, au calme, à 200m de l'épicerie ou des navettes pour aller à Nevache ville haute ou du chemin pour y aller à pied, à moins de 30mn de Briancon. Donc rien à redire et les propriétaires sont très gentils et prévenant donc je recommande vivement pour un séjour au cœur des montagnes et au calme.
