At the gateway to the Guisane Valley, 1 km from the historic heart of Serre-Chevalier, opposite the Prorel ski lift, it is in this environment that Céline and Jean-Dominique will have the pleasure of welcoming you.
The "Chalet bon accueil" is located on the garden level of the owners' house.
On one level with access via an external staircase, it has a separate entrance.
The accommodation consists of a cosy living room with lounge area, fitted kitchen and dining area; a double bedroom and a shower room/WC.
Enjoy a moment of calm from the terrace and garden at your disposal, with a view of the surrounding mountains.
Geothermal heating with heat pump.
Private parking in front of the cottage.
Possibility of equipment storage on request.
Many possibilities for outdoor activities on site or nearby: hiking (Via Guisane trail accessible on foot or by bike at 150m), mountain biking, downhill skiing with the Prorel at 1 km and Serre-Chevalier at 2 km (shuttles near the gîte), cross-country skiing from the Vallée de La Clarée (La Vachette at 6 km) and Villeneuve (10 km), swimming in the biotopes of Chantemerle (3 km) and Villeneuve (7 km), the Grands Bains du Monêtier at only 12 km, not forgetting Italy at 20 mins.
