At the gateway to the Queyras Regional Park, with a clear view of the fortified village of Mont-Dauphin and the Guil valley, it is in this environment that Sylvie and Max, the owners, will have the pleasure of welcoming you to an old family home dating from the 18th century.

The gîte "La Petite Grange", on one level, is located on the 1st floor of the owners' house and has a separate entrance via an external staircase.

The accommodation consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area; a double bedroom with a 160*200cm bed; a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate, private toilet.

From the living room, enjoy a quiet break on the terrace offering a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

Close to the ski resorts of Vars, Risoul (about 30 minutes) and at the gateway to Queyras, including the old sports resort of Ceillac.

You can enjoy skiing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, fishing in the surrounding rivers and lakes.

Less than 5 km away, go to the Eygliers lake for a multitude of activities (swimming, canoeing, pedal boats, tree climbing, horse riding, mini golf, etc.).

Swimming is also possible at the La Roche-de-Rame lake (11 km) or at the Embrun lake (24 km).
