In a small hamlet in the heart of the Hautes-Alpes with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the Durance valley, it is in this environment that Marie-Hélène and Alain, the owners, will have the pleasure of welcoming you. The "Au Beauregard" gîte, on three levels, is located in a semi-detached detached house with independent entrance.
On the ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area opening onto a South/East facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
On the 1st floor: a double bedroom and a shower room/WC. On the 2nd floor in the attic mezzanine: bedroom with two single beds.
Electric heating and pellet stove in the living room.
Private parking 100m from the cottage.
Possibility of equipment room on request to store all your sports and other equipment.
Close to Guillestre with its shops and services less than 10 km away.
Accommodation close to nature, ideal place to enjoy outdoor activities in summer and winter.
Close to the ski resorts of Vars, Risoul and at the gates of Queyras.
You can indulge in skiing, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, fishing in the surrounding rivers and lakes.
Less than 3 kms away: St Crépin aerodrome, municipal swimming pool open in summer and departure for white water sports (rafting). Less than 6 km meet at the Eygliers lake for a multitude of activities.
La Roche-de-Rame lake with its inflatable structures and restaurant will also delight the whole family.
The sector is also full of cultural and heritage sites: the fort of Mont-Dauphin 15 minutes away, the petrifying fountain, Château Queyras, etc.

Le logement est très confortable dans un lieu très calme.Le logement, très bien équipé et agencé, est d'une propreté irréprochable.Il comporte un balcon avec une vue magnifique, idéal pour prendre le petit déjeuner.Excellent accueil des propriétaires qui sont attentifs au bon déroulement de votre séjour.

Gite exceptionnel où tout est conçu avec astuce et goût.Le gite est très fonctionnel, original, confortable et très bien équipé. L'emplacement est au calme avec une vue superbe. Grace au bel accueil des propriétaires on se sent immédiatement habitant à part entière de ce très joli hameau.
