Between the Parc des Écrins and the lake of Serre-Ponçon, it is in a quiet subdivision close to nature and shops, that Béatrice and Philippe, the owners, will have the pleasure of welcoming you for a relaxing stay close to the nature.
The gîte "Chez Phil et Béa" is located on the ground floor of a detached house comprising the owners' dwelling upstairs.
It consists of a large bright living room with fitted kitchen, small laundry room, dining area and lounge area; a shower room/WC as well as a double bedroom with a 160*200cm bed.
Private parking in front of the cottage.
Floor heating by pellet boiler.
From the furnished terrace and the garden, both facing south, enjoy the serene view of the Serre-Ponçon lake and the surrounding mountains (Grand Morgon, Aiguilles de Chabrières or Le Pouzenc).
You can enjoy an exceptional environment and many outdoor activities or nature discovery: La Rochette climbing site on site, Serre-Ponçon lake 4km away with its many beaches, nearby mountains for your leisure activities. sports (mountain biking, hiking, road biking, trail running, swimming, towed buoys, sailing, canyoning, climbing, rafting...), Réallon resort for winter sports, or just enjoying the museums, markets, monuments ...
Not to mention the proximity of Boscodon and the town of Embrun.
