Everything on the spot (shops, swimming, hiking, heritage, etc) for your holiday in this gîte on the first floor of a detached house set in enclosed grounds of about 800 m².
In winter you can choose between the family-oriented ski resorts of Réallon or Les Orres.
Entrance on first floor via interior stairway.
Living room with sitting area opening onto balcony, TV, kitchen (fridge-freezer), microwave), bathroom with washing machine, toilet. 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single bunk beds), one leading outside to terrace.

Très agréable séjour chez Éliane que nous remercions pour son très bon accueil.Appartement bien situé et au calme. Jolie vue sur le lac depuis la salle à manger. Lumineux et confortable. Bon équipement.Un vaste jardin et une grande terrasse à l'arrière.

Excellent séjour dans ce gite où il fait bon vivre. Son environnement est vaste et très calme. Le petit déjeuner le matin sur le petit balcon avec le chant des oiseaux et l’aperçu sur le lac est un réel plaisir.L’accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité de Madame MARTIN sont autant d’atouts qui viennent enrichir notre satisfaction.

Excellent séjour en famille. Toujours hâte de revenir. SAVINES est un petit village avec toutes les commodités. Situé idéalement pour les randonnées, les sorties vélo, la natation et tout autres loisirs nautiques.Mme Martin est une propriétaire accueillante et très professionnelle. Le gîte est très fonctionnel avec tout pour passer des vacances idéales
