Audrey and Loïc welcome you to a comfortable independent house with a view of the lake.
The gîte "Les Balcons de Chabrières" consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area and large covered balcony; a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds; shower room and WC.
Adjoining and private outdoor space facing south facing the lake and its chapel set on the water.
Equipment room with large games room at your disposal on the garden level.
For your leisure activities on site: trampoline, swing and bowling alley.
Underfloor heating via heat pump.
Private parking in front of the gîte.
Close to many outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing), located halfway between skiing, with the Réallon resort, and swimming with the Serre-Ponçon lake.
