Ideally located opposite the majestic Serre-Ponçon lake, jewel of the Southern Alps, at the foot of the Écrins National Park, close to the Queyras Regional Nature Park and the Ubaye Valley.
Audrey and Loïc welcome you to a comfortable independent house with a view of the lake.
The gîte "Les Balcons de Chabrières" consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area and large covered balcony; a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds; shower room and WC. Adjoining and private outdoor space facing south facing the lake and its chapel set on the water.
Equipment room with large games room at your disposal on the garden level.
For your leisure activities on site: trampoline, swing and bowling alley.
Underfloor heating via heat pump.
Private parking in front of the gîte. Close to many outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, fishing, snowshoeing, downhill and cross-country skiing), located halfway between skiing, with the Réallon resort, and swimming with the Serre-Ponçon lake.

schitterende gîte met fabelachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijke eigenaars die heel interessante info geven over de mogelijkheden en bezienswaardigheden.In de gîte mankeert niets en deze is zeer comfortabel.Een sterke aanrader ! Wij komen in ieder geval nog terug

Gîte récent, déco de qualité, vue extraordinaire ! Cependant, l’accès est difficile, certes, nous sommes en montagne mais la pente est forte et ça patine pour remonter. Bref en été pas de problème mais si la neige tombe, pas d’accès proche de la maison il faudra se garer plus haut sous peine de ne pas remonter. Cela ne retire rien a la qualité du gîte vraiment top.
