Between the Aiguilles de Chabrières and the Serre-Ponçon lake, gîte set up in a contemporary house, overlooking the valley with a private terrace and land offering an unobstructed view of a superb mountain landscape.
The gîte is set up in a wing of the owners' house and has great independence, it is set up on one level.
Access to the living room via the west-facing terrace.
The main room has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a pleasant dining area and a comfortable lounge area with TV.
Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200 cm).
Shower room with large shower tray, WC.
Underfloor heating.
Sheets provided, possibility of renting towels and cleaning service as an option.
Outdoor relaxation area with garden furniture, barbecue and large grounds available.
Private parking.
Possibility of shared equipment storage.
Ideally located halfway between skiing, with the Réallon resort, and swimming with the Serre-Ponçon lake 3 km away.

Joli logement pratique, impeccable, moderne. Au calme, dans un bel environnement, situation permettant de faire de nombreuses promenades à pied. Tout près du lac de Serre-Ponçon et de son barrage qui vaut le détour. Les propriétaires, habitant la maison à côté, sont discrets et agréables.

Trés bon accueil des propriétaires pour ce gîte pratique, propre et moderne,au calme et dans un environnement dépaysant.Sa situation permet de faire plein de visites et de randonnées tout près du lac de Serre-Ponçon. Brigitte et Pascal,les propriétaires sont discrets et très agréables.On recommande.
