With a panoramic view of the Serre-Ponçon lake and the mountains, pleasantly furnished gîte on the ground floor of the owner's home.
Access to the living room via a large private plot facing due south.
The main room, pleasantly furnished, has a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable lounge area, with a sofa bed (possibility of sleeping 2 additional people).
