This beautiful stone building has been completely renovated and 3 gîtes have been converted there.

The gîte "L'étable" has a separate entrance via a private terrace facing due south.

The gîte fitted out on the ground floor and on one level has a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob and complete equipment), a dining area and a pleasant lounge area, TV.

A wood pellet stove enhances this room and provides a pleasant additional heating (a 15 kg bag of pellets included) to the electrical system. 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 and 2 single beds), a bathroom and a separate toilet complete the layout of this gîte.

In contact with the great outdoors, this accommodation allows the practice of many outdoor activities: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, discovery of fauna, flora, canyoning, access to the Serre-Ponçon lake or discovery of the exceptional heritage of the Savines-le-Lac and Embrun region.

In winter, access to the Nordic ski area 300 m away, to the Réallon resort 12 km away and to the ski or snowshoe hiking trails from the cottage.
