It is in a small hamlet located on the heights of Lake Serre-Ponçon, close to wide open spaces, with a view of the lake and mountains, that Séverine the owner will have the pleasure of welcoming you to an old farmhouse renovated with the greatest care. and offering all the comfort necessary for your stay.
This house also includes another adjoining gîte.
The “Cozy sur le lac” gîte is made up of two levels and has an independent entrance.
On the ground floor: very spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, relaxation area; laundry room, a small, cozy double alcove bedroom with its private bathroom/WC.
On the attic floor: fitted mezzanine; a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds (80*200cm which can be twinned); bathroom as well as an independent and private WC.
Take advantage of the south-facing garden at your disposal at the rear of the non-adjoining house and offering a superb view of Lake Serre-Ponçon.
Possibility of secure equipment room.
Electric underfloor heating.
Public parking 100m from the gîte.
You can take advantage of a moment to go green, but will appreciate the sunrises and sunsets... from the dining room or the garden.
Numerous possibilities for outdoor activities nearby: hiking trails, renowned paragliding sites, horse riding, not forgetting the water activities on Lake Serre-Ponçon just 10 minutes away, there is something for everyone! Skiers only have a few kilometers to travel to enjoy the Réallon area in the dolomitic setting of the Aiguilles de Chabrières.

Chalet du propriétaire tout confort, spacieux, dans un hameau très calme. L’altitude permet de retrouver la fraicheur soir et matin.Emplacement idéal pour randonneurs, avec un accès rapide au massif des Ecrins par la vallée de Réallon, et de nombreuses randonnées à proximite du chalet.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en pleine nature. Le chalet est très spacieux et agréable pour une famille. Le jardin qui l'accompagne est agréable et tranquille. Le lieu donné accès à de nombreuses balades à proximité que ça soit randonnées ou baignade dans les lacs. Nous serions très heureux d'y revenir !
