The gîte “L’Annéverest” consists of two levels.

On the ground floor: bright living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.

Upstairs: furnished mezzanine area with access to a balcony; master bedroom with 160*200cm bed with its own shower room and WC; and small bedroom serving as a children's cabin with a trundle bed (2 beds 90*190cm).

In the basement, possibility of secure equipment room and laundry area.

Enjoy the calm and the view of the surrounding mountains and the Serre-Ponçon lake from the south-facing furnished terrace.

A large outdoor space on the edge of the forest is also at your disposal with a trampoline, swing and football cage.
