Ideally located overlooking the village of Chorges, in a large property, the gîte "Le Paradis" is located in a detached house with two other adjoining gîtes at each end. The accommodation consists of two levels and has an independent entrance.
On the ground floor: very spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, relaxation area with TV and DVD player; laundry room, a double bedroom (160*200cm bed), shower room and WC. Upstairs: three double bedrooms (including one with a 160*200cm bed) and a triple bedroom (with 3 90*200cm beds) with access to a terrace for 3 bedrooms; large shower room/WC (including a shower cubicle and a bathtub) and independent and private WC. On the ground floor, large private veranda and terrace facing south with a view of the Serre-Ponçon lake.
Possibility of unclosed equipment room.
Electric heating.
Private parking in front of the cottage and double garage available.
Heated swimming pool (May to September) shared by four other gîtes on the property.
Halfway between skiing and swimming, take advantage of an exceptional environment and the many discovery or outdoor activities offered in this region: with immediate departure on the hiking trails, mountain biking circuits, the Lac de Serre -Ponçon with its equipped beaches, its wild creeks and its 80 km of shores suitable for water sports; without forgetting the pleasures of winter sports (alpine skiing with the resort of Réallon, cross-country skiing, surfing, snowshoeing, etc.) in the surrounding resorts which will delight the whole family.
The activities and shops in the village of Chorges will allow you to liven up your stay if necessary.

Le gite est très spacieux et très bien équipé. La vue ur le lac et les montagnes est magnifique. C'est idéale pour des vacances familiales avec des enfants. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine chauffée, le baby-foot et la table de ping pong. Merci à Serge qui était aux petits soins. Superbe séjour !
