In the family resort of Laye, at the foot of the slopes and hiking trails, with a view of the surrounding massifs, between Ecrins and Dévoluy, independent gîte with private terrace and garden, located in the southwest part of the residence owner.
The gîte is on 2 levels with a large living room of 45 m² on the ground floor opening onto the terrace.
Open fitted kitchen, lounge area with convertible sofa (160 x 200 cm bed), dining area.
As an extension of the living room, an alcove bedroom of 10 m² (without window) nicely furnished with 2 single beds of 90 cm.
At the same level: bathroom-wc with large shower tray.
Upstairs: a second bathroom-wc and a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, large windows with a view of the mountains and direct access to the balcony.
Outdoor area furnished with garden furniture and barbecue.
Wood-fired central heating.
Access to the ski slopes a few meters from the accommodation.
From the gîte: hiking trails, many leisure activities nearby: golf (3 km away), mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, horse riding ..).
Baby equipment available.

Gite très confortable. Vue superbe. Départ à pied de randonnées et autres activités (accrobranche pour tous les niveaux départ depuis la station).Personnel à l'accueil (à l'arrivée et au départ) très sympa et à l'écoute.

un gite équipé pour accueillir toute la famille, de jolies chambres, une cuisine très bien équipée. ici les enfants ( 2,5 et 3 ans) se sont très bien habitués aux escaliers. le propriétaire répond vite et détaillé si on a des questions, l'accueil est également sympatique et toujours respectueux. Je recommande, car je vais moi-même y revenir.
