In the heart of the Champsaur valley, near the Écrins National Park and the village resorts of St-Léger, Ancelle and Chaillol, gîte set at the end of a large stone building, typical of the valley's architecture.
Arranged on 2 levels, the accommodation has a terrace and private grounds with reserved parking.
The large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area opens onto the terrace and a south-facing balcony.
Mountain atmosphere with wooden joinery and enhancement of local architecture.
Heating is provided by a wood stove (pellets provided) and by integrated electric heating.
One of the bedrooms is on the first level (1 double bed) and 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 3 single beds 90 cm including a trundle bed in the small bedroom).
In winter only, possibility of additional sleeping with a single bed 90 cm.
A shower room and a separate toilet are located on the 1st level and a bathroom-WC upstairs.
Garden furniture, barbecue on the terrace.
Boules games.
Independent entrance by internal staircase.
Internet connection.
Equipment room available and shelter for motorcycles.

C'est notre 3 ème séjour dans ces gîte. Un accueil toujours chaleureux, hôte au petit soin et fort sympathique.Le gîte est très confortable et tout le nécessaire est présent. Nous le recommandons fortement et le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant pour la vallée.

Comme à chaque séjour l'accueil des hôtes est très chaleureux et amical. Le gîte est très cosy, fonctionnel, confortable, décoré avec goût. Nous apprécions le balcon et la terrasse dont nous profitons pour nos petits déjeuners et repas.
