It is in a small hamlet which overlooks the Champsaur valley, that you can discover this village house in which the gîte "Duplex la grange de Jules" has been fitted out on the 2nd level, entrance on the south side on the ground floor, common to 2 dwellings, (by a somewhat steep staircase).

Integrated kitchen including: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and all the necessary equipment, a dining area, bench seat and a lounge area on the mezzanine with TV and DVD player (possibility of additional sleeping for 2 people).

Bathroom with spa bath, separate WC. 3 bedrooms with sloping ceilings (6 single beds 80*190cm), two of which have a shower, washbasin and WC opening onto the bedroom.

The gîte, which is very well insulated, has an electric heating system and a pellet stove.

For a comfortable stay, sheets and towels are provided.

Parking is possible in front of the gîte or in one of the 2 public car parks located 100 m away.

An outdoor space on the back of the cottage is available, it is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.

The living room opens onto a 3 m² south-facing balcony offering an unobstructed view of the valley and the mountains.

The owner is a ski instructor, he can advise you on practicing winter sports or exploring the mountain environment.

From the cottage, possibility of many outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, discovery of fauna and flora...
