At the gates of the agglomeration of Gap, with a view of the surrounding massifs and in particular the mountain of Ceüse, both close to the city center and in the countryside, it is in this environment that Laurence and Pascal, the owners, will have the pleasure of welcoming you. The "La Ferme de Jean" gîte, on one level, is located on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse comprising the owners' dwelling upstairs as well as two year-round accommodations in another wing. of the building.
The warm atmosphere is guaranteed thanks to a neat decoration, a wooden cladding and a lime plaster.
The accommodation has an independent entrance and consists of a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom with a 160*200cm bed with its integrated shower room as well as an independent and private WC. Enjoy a moment of rest, with direct access from the living room, to the outdoor area including a terrace and two shaded gardens (East and West facing) facing the immediate environment made up of trees and fields, without forgetting the two goats of the property.
Electric heating. 2 parking spaces arranged in front of the gîte. Accommodation close to nature and the conveniences of the city.
For a comfortable stay: sheets, beds made, towels, table linen and cleaning are included in the price.
Bus stop (free) 50m walk to the city center and the shops of Gap. Many opportunities for outdoor and leisure activities on site or nearby: hiking with the Balcons du Gapençais route 100m away, mountain biking, horse riding, restaurants and entertainment venues 3km away, Gap-Bayard golf course and cross-country skiing. cross-country at 13 km, downhill skiing at 16 km (Laye resort)... Accommodation located below the D900B road.

Séjour très agréable dans un gîte très bien equipé , propre, et au calme.Propriétaires sympathiques, avenants et discrets.Localisé de manière centrale dans le département, cela permet de rayonner et visiterbeaucoup de curiostés des Hautes Alpes.A conseiller fortement.

Le gîte est idéalement situé à la sortie de Gap, en campagne mais à proximité de commerces de toutes sortes.L’équipement est complet et impeccable, les propriétaires sont absolument charmants.Merci pour la qualité de la literie, j’ai même acheté des oreillers similaires avant de quitter la ville.Un grand merci à ce couple
