New and independent house, on one level, located on the heights of Gap with a large private landscaped plot of 500 m² and a clear view of the Céuse and Charance mountains.
It is ideally located because from Gap, you can travel throughout the Hautes-Alpes: Lake Serre-Ponçon is 30 minutes away, Bayard Golf Course 10 minutes away and Tallard aerodrome less than 20 minutes away.
This cottage consists of a pleasant and bright living room of 50 m² opening onto a private terrace and garden, with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a comfortable lounge area. 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 160 x 200 cm), convertible sofa in the living room (double bed).

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gite parfait!Rien ne manquait: propreté impeccable, espaces dans toutes les pièces, matériel et meubles de qualité.De plus , des vues superbes sur les montagnes environnantes et un calme absolu.Ajoutons un excellent contact avec le propriétaire .A réserver sans hésitation!

Maison très récente, bien située avec tout le confort actuel disponible, permet de passer un très agréable séjour. Dans notre cas malgré une météo très fraîche et venteuse. Propriétaire présent mais pas intrusif. Mérite sans conteste 4 épis.
