On the heights, on the outskirts of the city of Gap, independent house located away from all nuisances.
It is in their gîte “La Griotte” that Michel and Ria will have the pleasure of welcoming you for your next stay.
The cottage consists of two levels.
On the ground floor: large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, relaxation area, laundry room (with fridge/freezer), a double bedroom (160*200cm bed) with direct access to the outside, a second bedroom double (140*200cm bed), dressing room, bathroom and WC.
The first floor consists of a shower room, a toilet and three attic rooms: a large double bedroom (bed 160*200cm) with shower and balcony, a bedroom with two single beds ( 100*200cm), a 5th bedroom serving as a playroom for children.
Covered terrace and large adjoining and private outdoor space facing south.
Secure equipment room for skis, bicycles and motorbikes.
Electric heating with heating base and convectors.
Private parking in front of the cottage.
For a comfortable stay, sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
Close to entertainment, leisure and tourist sites, you can enjoy many cultural and sporting activities from this outlying district of the city of Gap.

Le gite est très bien situé, dans un environnement calme et agréable à 5 min en voiture de Gap. Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement accueillant. Ils nous ont autorisé à recevoir toute notre famille pour une belle fête familiale. Un immense merci à eux.

Ria et Michel nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant tout le séjour dans ce gîte très agréable, spacieux et très propre; les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié d'aller voir les animaux et le jardin.Merci encore pour votre gentillesse !

Un grand merci à Michel et Ria qui ont tout fait pour qu'on se sente bien chez eux. Une grande maison, bien chauffée , propre, avec tout le nécessaire . Une literie confortable. Un quartier calme et pratique sur les hauteurs de Gap. Je recommande vivement !
