In the quiet area of Clos de Charance, overlooking the town of Gap and near the Charance mountain, both close to the city center and in the countryside, it is in this environment that Éric, the owner, will have the pleasure of welcoming you.
The “gîte du Clos”, on one level, is located on the ground floor of an independent villa including year-round accommodation on the 1st floor.
It consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; a double bedroom with a 160*200cm bed and a bedroom with 2 twin 80*200cm beds; laundry room; independent and private bathroom and WC.
Enjoy a moment of rejuvenation from the South/West facing terrace and its enclosed grassy outdoor space facing the Ceüse cliff and the Charance mountain.
Oil central heating and electric storage radiators.
Private parking in front of the gîte.
For a comfortable stay: sheets, made beds, bathroom linen, table linen and cleaning are included in the price.
Bus stop (free) 5 minutes walk to the city center and Gap shops.

Nous avons trouvé un lieux très joliment décoré, très propre avec une literie confortable dans un environnement très calme (nous dormons la fenêtre ouverte). Tout ce qui est nécessaire se trouve présent, même de la lessive et les tablettes de lave vaisselle. Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gite au top. Très bien équipé et aménagé avec goût. Calme assuré. Sympathie et convivialité des propriétaires. Dommage que nous ne pouvions pas y séjourner plus longtemps.. Nous reviendrons.

Emplacement idéal dans les hauteurs de gap.au calme.á proximité de multiples randonnées dans des vallées différentes.Il faut juste rajouter un ventilateur pour l été car température extérieure à 36°!
