Located close to all amenities, in a quiet residential area with trees, the gîte "Villa Esther" is located on the 1st floor of a detached house including another accommodation on the 2nd floor.
Access by private external staircase.
Large living room with lounge area, equipped kitchen, dining area giving access to a veranda; a double bedroom (bed 160 * 200cm) and a bedroom with a single bed and 2 bunk beds; bathroom and WC.
On the garden level, large outdoor area private facing south with garden furniture, barbecue and swing for children.

Parking possible on the property, in the street or free public parking 10m away.
