Discover the charm of a holiday in Mallorca at the historic estate “Son Costa”, a holiday home that can accommodate up to eight guests. This traditional Mallorcan stone-built property radiates authenticity and is set within extensive, beautifully landscaped grounds near the picturesque village of Montuïri, in the peaceful rural heart of the island.
Here, privacy is a true luxury: stroll through the large garden with its well-kept lawn, or choose to unwind in the secluded courtyard, the covered terrace, the sunny rooftop terrace, or by the swimming pool for a well-deserved rest.
The pool, surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a charming wall, an impressive gate and abundant greenery, provides a safe environment for young children, who cannot access the water without supervision. To explore the surrounding area, hiring a car is recommended, and it can be parked in the gravel parking area directly in front of the house.
Inside, “Son Costa” is a classic Mallorcan dream come true. The roughly plastered walls and carefully preserved natural stone, combined with dark wood, decorative tiles and a selection of antique and rustic furnishings, transport guests to another time, while still offering all the modern comforts expected for a perfect holiday. The house is exceptionally spacious, with some rooms separated by just a few steps. You will find cosy living areas both on the ground floor and on the upper levels.
Each bedroom is individually decorated, offering a peaceful retreat, and the generous bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the others with walk-in showers, are distributed throughout the house. The large, well-equipped kitchen includes a dining table that invites you to enjoy meals together.
“Son Costa” is not just a place to stay, but an experience that captures the true essence of Mallorca. Perfect for those looking to combine history, tranquillity and modern comfort during their holiday.
