If such a situation arises, please contact us for further assistance. FAMILY FACILITIES A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) . Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out. If you need this, please get in touch beforehand. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. We offer early check-in to ensure convenience for our guests.
If you need this, please get in touch beforehand. ADDITIONAL We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
